Susan is a collaborator and clear communicator helping teams and individuals to think creatively and discover opportunities. Her unfaltering honesty and integrity, coupled with an exceptional ability to get to the root cause of issues that are blocking success make her a breath of fresh air in the business world.

Randy is an effective business leader with broad experience. In addition to Labyrinth Group he is a principal with a Minnesota-based consulting firm consisting of a team of highly seasoned business veterans who have consulted more than 1,000 small, mid-sized and family business owners to grow, thrive and transition their companies.
Over 40 years as a CPA, he headed a multi-office CPA firm for 10 years. He has led three private schools in turn-around situations as interim leader over a 9-year period. Randy is sought after to assist business owners and stakeholders in evaluating their financial standing, business plans, redirect focus, and positively impact their overall business well-being.
As an active board member of a large private construction company and several nonprofits, he leads changes in strategic direction, identifying and hiring new leaders, and helping implement turnarounds and transitions.
Outside of the office, Randy enjoys travel, hiking, music and reading. Randy and his wife Rachel especially enjoy travels to spend time with two special grandsons and their parents.
